1. Shipping Destination & Cost

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We only ship to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • 100% Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Canada, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location within Canada.

  • Note: Occasional delays may occur due to carrier peak seasons or extreme weather conditions.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of generation, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real time.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

  • Aura Cook is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist with the carrier's claim process.
